How much reserve of petroleum in the world?

Known petroleum reserves in the earth 2-3 trillion barrel namely 250-380 billion tons

Known gas reserves 150 trillion, Since 2002, yearly comsumption rate 2.5 trillion cubic meter.

The estimation of authorities is the consumption rate will increase according to economic developments and at this time new reserves will be find.

Consequently as an estimation, earth possess petroleum reserves for 80 years and natural gas for 70-80 years for requirements of people.
